2020. Performance with graphite & paper.

To know the boulder is to be the boulder. I wanted to feel a closer connection to the imagery I was making and to understand it more fully. I made a paper and graphite boulder and got inside it. The boulder image had come about through me exploring ideas of obstruction; blockages that are both physical and mental.
